Gallery B

A community-minded DJ with acuminous ability, Gallery B has humbly established herself as  one of the country’s most high-minded and trustworthy selectors. The Naarm-via-Meanjin artist  has soundtracked settings from gallery openings to heaving dancefloors, and is a constant  feature on the national clubbing landscape.  

Technically-minded and a true student of the craft, her diverse and knowledgeable manifold has  made her high in demand for parties as varied as Animals Dancing, LEFAG, Lucid, A Love  Supreme and SHADE, and has brought invitations to some of the hottest festivals in the country  including Hopkins Creek, Inner Varnika, Dark Mofo & Strawberry Fields.  

Undoubtedly Gallery B’s cultivated understanding as a DJ has informed her foray into  production. Her beautiful, floating soundscapes have already gained the attention of many.  Released in early 2020, her debut EP ‘Omni Era’ on Local Knowledge Records instantly made  her one to watch. She has since contributed to ambient-leaning compilations released by  Chapter Music, Moonshoe Records and Best Effort Records, along with Colour Club’s recent  label debut, a curation showcasing many of their local favourites. Such features have led to a  growing fan-base excited by the potential of what’s to come.  

Equipped with a versatile range of tools for any setting, we suspect the gracious Gallery B is set  for big things ahead as she continues to evolve and refine an already impressive skill-set.  Whether riding the mixer or probing synths expect tidy mixes, absorbing sounds and a big smile  on your face.
