Eddie Chacon (US) & John Carroll Kirby (US) Oceania Tour

Eddie Chacon is an LA-based artist who works in music, creative direction and photography. The low-key R&B legend made his mark in popular music as ½ of the duo Charles and Eddie, with the track “Would I Lie to You” imprinted in hearts and minds across the globe. While Eddie spent the next couple of decades away from the music ‘biz, he returned in 2020 alongside fellow LA-based pianist, producer and composer John Carrol Kirby. 

As a solo artist Kirby is as revered; having released 6 LPs and the soundtrack for animated feature film Cryptozoo while collaborating with iconic artists such as Solange and Frank Ocean. His artistry is celebrated for richly detailed instrumentals inspired by his hometown; deep listening with subtle details shining with the depth of his personality. 

Together the duo combine their independent, indelible musical forces into an explosion of deep groove, leading to Chacon’s musical return with ‘Pleasure, Joy and Happiness’ in 2020. Coincidentally, the pair also inject these feelings into the attendees of every stage they bless.
