Manuka Honey - AU Tour 2026
We're pleased to welcome back Manuka Honey to Australian shores as well as hosting her debut in Aotearoa.
US-born, London-forged, Marissa Malik operates in the electric fringes of club music, bringing chaos, sensuality and full-body motion to every set. Her catalogue maps a restless evolution through the unhinged futurism of Industrial Princess to the grit-and-glamour propulsion of Road Rage - linking hard trance, dembow and ballroom with industrial ambience and ritualistic force.
Drawing from Latin-American and Caribbean dance sounds, cumbia, dembow, shatta, Venezuelan turreo - she mutates them into radical new structures: serrated synths, woodblock cracks, bouncy bass and choral echoes that feel both sacred and feral. A BBC Radio 1 resident and four-year Rinse FM mainstay, she’s moved floors from Rewire Festival to OIL Shenzhen, while her SUZIO parties in London have redefined how Latin diasporic sounds hit in the club.
As likely to invoke experimental noise as she is ecstatic perreo, Manuka Honey treats the dancefloor as alchemy.
